Driver Agreement
This Driver Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for drivers using the GoPilot platform and providing transportation services through GoPilot.
Independent Contractor Status
Drivers using GoPilot are considered independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or representatives of GoPilot.
Drivers are responsible for:
- Maintaining a valid driver’s license
- Maintaining active vehicle insurance
- Operating a safe and legal vehicle
- Following all local, state, and federal laws
- Paying applicable taxes and expenses
Driver Requirements
All drivers must:
- Be legally authorized to drive in their state
- Provide accurate personal information
- Maintain professional conduct with riders
- Keep vehicles clean and safe
- Avoid illegal, unsafe, or discriminatory behavior
Ride Acceptance
Drivers may accept or decline ride requests at their discretion. However, repeated cancellations or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or removal from the GoPilot platform.
Payments
Driver earnings may vary based on:
- Ride distance
- Ride duration
- Service type
- Bonuses or promotions
GoPilot may deduct applicable service fees before driver payouts.
Insurance & Liability
Drivers are responsible for maintaining valid vehicle insurance coverage at all times while operating on the GoPilot platform.
GoPilot is not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, lost property, or incidents caused by drivers, riders, or third parties.
Account Suspension
GoPilot reserves the right to suspend or terminate driver access for:
- Unsafe driving
- Fraudulent activity
- Violation of laws
- Harassment or misconduct
- False information
- Repeated customer complaints
Changes to Agreement
GoPilot may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
