Be ready at the pickup location on time
Treat drivers respectfully

GoPilot reserves the right to suspend or ban users for misuse or abuse of the platform.

3. BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS

All ride requests are subject to driver availability
You may cancel a ride before driver arrival
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee

GoPilot reserves the right to charge cancellation fees where applicable.

4. PRICING & PAYMENTS

Prices are estimates and may vary based on:

- Demand (surge pricing)
Payment must be completed before or after the ride as required
