At GoPilot, we want every rider to have a safe, reliable, and professional experience.

Ride Refunds

Refund requests may be reviewed if a ride was not completed, was canceled incorrectly, or there was a service issue caused by GoPilot or the assigned driver.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be issued for rider no-shows, incorrect pickup/dropoff information, late cancellations, or delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or events outside of GoPilot’s control.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a ride, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on timing and driver assignment status.
